It is one thing to recognise the qualities of the humble chicken however quite another to regularly produce chicken meals of a high standard.
To us, the quality of our product is the foundation on which our reputation is built. We have stringent quality control systems in place to ensure our supplies are consistently of the highest possible standard. We do not follow the practice of some operators, who inject their chickens with a saline solution in order to try and keep them plump, because we find this adversely affects the flavour, instead we prefer to follow a simple policy of ‘buying the best and cooking them better’.
